Vibe Africa, the developer and owner of the App, values your privacy and is committed to
protecting the confidentiality and security of your personal information. These Terms outline how

Competitions and Giveaways
From time to time, the App may offer competitions, giveaways, or promotional events
(“Competitions”) that require sign-up and participation. By entering into any Competition, you
agree to the following terms:
a. Eligibility: Competitions are open to Vibe users who meet the specified eligibility criteria for
each Competition. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Vibe Africa and their immediate
family members are not eligible to participate in Competitions.
b. Entry Requirements: To enter a Competition, you may be required to provide certain personal
information, such as your name, email address, and other details necessary for the
Competition’s administration. By participating in the Competition, you consent to the collection
and use of your personal information for the purposes of the Competition.
c. Competition Rules: Each Competition will have its own set of rules and guidelines, which will
be made available to you before participating. Please read and understand the rules carefully
before entering any Competition.
d. Winner Selection: Winners of Competitions will be selected based on the criteria specified in
the respective Competition rules. The decisions regarding winners are final and binding.
e. Prize Redemption: If you are chosen as a winner, you will be notified through the contact
information you provided during sign-up. You may be required to respond within a specified time
and provide additional information for prize redemption. Failure to respond or provide the
requested information may result in disqualification, and an alternative winner may be selected.
f. Prize Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for
cash. The value of prizes may be subject to taxes, and you are solely responsible for any
applicable taxes related to the prize.
g. Release of Liability: By participating in any Competition, you release Vibe Africa and its
affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions
arising from your participation in the Competition or acceptance and use of any prize.
h. Termination or Modification: Vibe Africa reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend
any Competition at any time without prior notice for any reason. In the event of termination, Vibe
Africa may, at its sole discretion, select winners from among all eligible entries received before
the termination date.
i. Governing Law: Competitions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of South Africa, Gauteng, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By participating in any Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by the specific rules of the Competition, as well as the overall Terms and
Conditions of the App.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by
these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, do
not use the App.
